This is a beef and sheep farm, the owners have had an interest in horses for a number of years and have stabled and grazed horses on the farm. Jane is trained in the management of horses including artificial insemination.

North Lancashire Bridleway Society

This first phase of bridleway starts at Halton on Lune, nr Lancaster, before it goes on to cut through the heart of the Forest of Bowland AONB by wending its way up the Roeburndale Valley over to Slaidburn and the Hodder Valley on the old Salter Road, skirting Dunsop Bridge and Whitewell, and finally on to Chipping.
