Ribble Catchment Conservation Trust members by the River Ribble

The Ribble Catchment Conservation Trust exists to improve and conserve the rivers and streams in the Ribble Catchment and on the 9th and 10th November this year the Trust held a two day conference addressing best conservation practice and understanding of the Water Framework Directive, for which the River Ribble is the UK pilot. The seminar introduced river trusts from all over the UK to the Ribble catchment area so they could gain an understanding of issues relating to the pilot river as it progresses with the Water Framework Directive.

Prior to the seminar, the Ribble Catchment Conservation Trust wanted to produce some marketing material, including leaflets, posters website and banners. All these promotional items were part funded by the Rural Sustainable Marketing programme, as was the conference.

You can contact the Ribble Catchment Conservation Trust on 01200 448619.
