Port of Lancaster Smokehouse offers a wide selection of very special food for discerning people at affordable prices. Their extensive range of traditionally smoked and gourmet foods will amaze you. They have the best tasting kippers, hams, smoked trout and delicious smoked shell-on prawns.

Wherever possible they source locally and in season offer River Lune wild salmon, sea trout and local game. White fish is bought daily from Fleetwood fish market and the potted shrimps are from Morecambe Bay. They stock locally made sausages made from traditional recipes as well as oak smoked English back bacon.

Their naturally smoked haddock, featured in the Daily Telegraph, has won a prestigious award from North West Fine Foods along with their smoked back bacon.

They also offer an extensive range of very individual cheese, chutneys, preserves, mustards, olive oils, confectionery and a selection of fine wines including English Fruit wines.

The ever growing organic selection is becoming increasingly popular. Port of Lancaster Smokehouse are one of a tiny handful of UK smokehouses licensed as a producer of a comprehensive range of organic smoked foods.
