Organically reared in clover-rich pasture the lambs come from their flock of Lleyn ewes at Woodhouse Gate Farm where the Robinson’s live and farm. The combination of the breed and the excellent grazing in The Forest of Bowland produces a lovely firm flavoursome meat.

Lamb is available in full and half boxes, with full boxes weighing around 17-18 kg. All our boxes include a recipe booklet to help fire your culinary imagination. Hodder Valley Organics are a world away from supermarket fare but not from you.

Hodder Valley Organics lamb is available either by collection, so you can really see where your food comes from, or via their local delivery service.
