A family run business with a proven award winning track record in the craft of fine traditional cheese making.

From the 1930's the family recipes have been winning prizes the length and breadth of England.

Although Greenfield's history lies in traditional recipes and hand crafting, the family has invested heavily in state of the art packaging machinery and modern production equipment, enabling a swift execution of the most demanding orders.

Alongside the finest traditional cheeses, there is also a popular range of Speciality cheeses. Wensleydale is superbly enhanced by blending in cranberries or apricots, giving both cheeses a clean, sweet, rich fruity flavour.

Double Gloucester with added fresh chopped chives and onions is a must for any cheese board. Mature cheddar with mixed peppers, garlic and chilli, giving a hot, spicy, rich flavour!

Greenfield's 'Stripey' is a layered cheese made with White Cheddar, Red Leicester, Wensleydale, Double Gloucester and Creamy Lancashire. The Smoked Lancashire and Cheddar cheeses have been gently smoked over oak chippings, leaving delicate, sweet smokey flavour and an attractive deep brown colouration to the outside of the cheese.

Lancashire with Sweet Pickled Onions is a Creamy Lancashire mixed with finely chopped Sweet Pickled Onions and goes perfect on a cracker alongside a pint of bitter!

The cheeses are available in a variety of sizes from 20kg blocks to 200g pre-packed wedges.
