The Shorrock family have been making handmade farmhouse Lancashire cheese following the same methods and recipies for four generations at Newhouse Farm near Goosnargh.

They currently produce 'Farmhouse Tasty Lancashire', 'Mild & Creamy Lancashire', Lancashire with garlic and herbs, Lancashire with peppercorns, Lancashire with hot chillies, fresh red onion and other seasonal varieties.

They also make the famous 'Black Beauty Bomb' a strong creamy Lancashire encased in its own waxed jacked.

Their cheeses can be purchased from several farmers markets in Lancashire.
